Our History

Wisconsin Heating was started in 1934 under the name Wisconsin Furnace Co. It was founded by Martin Schar who was the owner of the company until he un-expectedly passed away in the mid 1950’s. Mike Dorn (My Father) who started with the company in the mid 1940”s was the only one who could take over the company at that time and became a partner with the widow of Martin Schar. At that time the company was changed to Wisconsin Heating and has always been a force in the industry. After combining companies with others, we went back to doing business as Wisconsin Heating and doing things the old fashion way by usputting our customers first.

Now as we are in the 21st century,our goal is to keep up with the times and keeping our work load and customer base manageable so we can take care of them on a timely basis and giving them the quality work and service they deserve.
